Neither TMA nor tma.org shares any customer usage information or e-mail addresses with ANY outside group!

 

How Secure Is Information About Me? 

TMA has worked to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

TMA maintains security for all personal credit card information and product purchases.  Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing, albeit in encrypted form.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your username/password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

 

What Personal Information About Customers Does tma.org Gather?

The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your experience at tma.org. Here are the types of information we gather.

What Choices Do I Have?

As an approved employee of one of our member companies, the information you provide TMA is essential for your user profile.  Therefore, it is important that we store the types of data noted above.

You can add or update certain information on the Edit User Profile page.  When you update information, we keep a copy of the prior version of your profile for our records.

Children
Since tma.org is an Extranet site that grants access only to approved employees of our member companies, it is extremely unlikely that any person under age 18 can reach the web site.
