The FDA announced that Jessica Zeller, deputy director of the CTP's Office of Compliance and Enforcement, will present the November 15th webinar on "The Civil Money Penalty Process." Zeller will discuss the process once the agency has served a civil money penalty complaint against a tobacco product retailer. The one-hour webinar is designed to provide tobacco compliance education and information to retailers and include a question and answer session.
