The FDA Center for Tobacco Products said it will host on May 29th at 10am Eastern Daylight Time a webinar for retailers and small businesses on the FDA's Proposed Regulation "Deeming Tobacco Products To Be Subject to the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as Amended by the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act; Regulations on the Sale and Distribution of Tobacco Products and Required Warning Statements for Tobacco Products."
