National Vapers Club announced that the Vegas Vapefest 2013 (www.vapefest.com) will take place September 20-21 from 2-10pm at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, to promote research and education for e-cig users and provide a venue for vendors to present their latest products.
