This Consultation Paper outlines for public comment the Government's proposed
approach to implementing plain packaging for non-cigarette tobacco products. Interested parties and individuals are invited to provide written submissions commenting on this Consultation Paper by Friday 28 October 2011. To be considered, submissions must be received by the Department of Health and Ageing by 5.00pm on that date.
