The Food and Drug Administration will host a Tribal Consultation Webinar on May 29th from 2pm to 4pm EDT for tribal leaders to discuss the FDA's proposed rule "Deeming Tobacco Products To Be Subject to the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as Amended by the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act; Regulations on the Sale and Distribution of Tobacco Products and Required Warning Statements for Tobacco Products."
