The 3rd annual Midwest Smoke Out, described as the largest cigar and spirits show in the Midwest, will take place at The Venue at Horseshoe Casino in Hammond, Indiana. The $150 tickets include 14 premium cigars, membership to Cigar Rights of America, complimentary food and drinks, gambling and entertainment.
