Dues are determined by type of business:

• For US cigarette manufacturers, dues are calculated as $2,515 per billion units manufactured the previous year.  The minimum for this sector is $5000.
• For Non US cigarette manufacturers, dues are calculated at $453 per billion units manufactured the previous year with a minimum dues rate of $3,000.
• For non-manufacturers, annual dues, range between $3,000- $20,000 depending on the sector of the industry and sales revenues of a given company.
